Yoga & Pilates
Our number one goal is to create a safe and welcoming space for all our clients, new and existing, to enjoy and immerse themselves in their chosen class without pressure, without the feeling of judgement, just a supportive place to be themselves, move safely and to come away feeling better than when they started. Our classes have no more than 10 per session.
We offer Hatha, Yin & Vinyasa style yoga classes.
Our experienced teachers are accredited by the top awarding schools for Yoga, having undergone the 200 hour Yoga teacher training qualifications as well as further mentorships.
Classes are designed to challenge the body but calm the mind. We are passionate about Yoga and adjust our classes to meet the needs of individuals, giving modifications & progressions throughout.
A dynamic yoga practice designed to energise the body and mind.
A restorative calming yoga practice which aids relaxation and helps to reduce stress and anxiety.
Mondays (Yin Yoga): 7:45pm to 8:45pm
Wednesdays (Yoga Flow): 7:30pm - 8:30pm
Friday (Yoga/Pilates Fusion): 12:30pm - 1:30pm
Saturdays (Yoga Flow): 8:15am - 9:00am
This popular class is based on the belief that mental and physical health are interrelated, and should be conditioned together. All of the classes at Rebalance Pilates and Fitness attempt to coordinate breathing and physical movement, improve focus and concentration, and help participants regain control of their body and mind.We offer a range of level classes for Pilates and endeavour to provide new beginners courses throughout the year to allow us to accommodate the demand of new clients..
Group sessions at varying levels with no more than 10 per class.
Private sessions using the reformer, cadillac and split pedal chair.
Mondays: 9:15am - 10:15am
Tuesdays: 9:30am - 10:30am, 6:30pm - 7:30pm & 7:40pm - 8:40pm
Wednesdays: 12:30pm - 1:30pm, 6pm - 7pm
Thursdays: 6:30pm - 7:30pm
Fridays: 9:30am - 10:30am, 12:30pm - 1:30pm (yoga/pilates fusion)
Saturdays: 9:10am - 10:10am
