Adult lessons and Junior lessons can be booked as 1:1 or group sessions at The Lone Barn, Catherington.

Every Monday evening we meet at Peel Park in Clanfield for an intense 45 minute bootcamp training.


A weekly class run by an ABA qualified instructor teaching non contact boxing delivered with gloves and pads.

7:00pm - 7:45pm Bootcamp (all abilities)

9:00am Pilates (intermediate plus)

Location: Hambledon Village Hal

12:45pm - 1:45pm Revive Pilates (beginner)

Location: Hambledon Village Hall (exc the 1st Wednesday of each month)


6:00pm - 7:00pm Pilates mixed ability

Location: Hambledon Pavilion (next to the village hall)


7:30pm - 8:15pm Boxing (all abilities)

Location: Hyden Farm, Clanfield


9:00am Pilates (mixed ability, not beginner)

Location: Hambledon Pavilion (next to the village hall)
