STUDIO AND VIRTUAL CLASSES
At Rebalance our number one goal is to create a safe and welcoming space for all our clients, new and existing, to enjoy and immerse themselves in their chosen class without pressure, without the feeling of judgement, just a supportive place to be themselves, move safely and to come away feeling better than when they started.
We are thrilled to offer both Studio & Online class options. Our studio capacity will be less than Pre-Covid numbers despite restrictions lifting. Your class enjoyment, comfort and confidence is our primary focus.
Staying Fit and Healthy is vital to everybody's wellbeing so to make this as easy as possible for our community we have introduced a variety of Studio and Online Monthly Memberships.
For £65 you have unlimited access to ALL our In Person classes for both Studio and Outside Classes. For those wishing to remain Online, we have an unlimited Online monthly membership for £40. Our Pilates & Yoga classes are all 60 minutes with our Strength & Conditioning, Barre and Boxing classes being 45 minutes.
If Yoga is the method you love the most then why not join us for our Monthly Yoga membership. You have access to all 3 In person Yoga classes each week. This membership is just for £45.
Studio classes are limited capacity so book ahead to secure your mat space.
We are also proud to offer a monthly Yoga Facebook membership. With 3 classes running every week, Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 7.45am. Streaming via a private Facebook Group allowing you access to the each class which can be completed live with Kelly or at a time to suit you.
This membership is £25, to keep your space on the private group simply renew your payment each month and gain access to all upcoming classes as well as all previous class giving you an ever increasing catalogue .
From September 13th we will be running a 4 week Back 2 Fitness Women's Only fitness plan. For £40 you will receive 2 fitness classes each week, coaching & support, a daily step goal and FREE access to our Facebook Yoga classes. The classes are designed for a complete beginner. You will take part in a 45 minute Body Conditioning Mondays 5.15pm and a 45 minute Aerobics class Wednesday 9am. (Please note that if the daytime class does not work for you we can add an evening class in instead so do get in touch if this is preferable for you).
Only 8 spaces are available so you will share you journey with the same group throughout the 4 weeks.

Health and Fitness is of the utmost importance during these unprecedented times. Virtual Classes are a way of us still delivering Pilates, Yoga and Strength classes to the safety of your own homes. All you need is your phone, iPad or Laptop.

Everyone leads a busy life nowadays. So, why not let us take care of your fitness and wellbeing needs. We offer group classes and specialised programs throughout the day to accommodate your busy schedule. Your mental and physical health is our top priority; see how we can help you make the most out of your time.
This popular class is based on the belief that mental and physical health are interrelated, and should be conditioned together. All of the classes at Rebalance Pilates and Fitness attempt to coordinate breathing and physical movement, improve focus and concentration, and help participants regain control of their body and mind.
We offer a range of level classes for Pilates and endeavour to provide new beginners courses throughout the year to allow us to accommodate the demand of new clients.
All our teachers are trained under APPI or Body Control Pilates. As a team of experienced teachers who have the background of working alongside Physiotherapists and medical professionals we are able to adapt and modify movements to ensure our clients are well cared for throughout their lessons and progress safely in their Pilates journey.
EQUIPMENT PILATES 1:1 CLASSES
Our Equipment sessions are designed solely around our clients, tailoring the lesson according to posture, muscular imbalances or injuries and health considerations.
The equipment is popular for clients looking to really harness their strength, core and alignment.
We also provide 1:1 lessons for a combination of Matwork & Equipment Pilates which is ideal for those looking to begin Pilates but feel apprehensive to start in a class environment.
Prices start from £50/hour
At Rebalance studio we offer Hatha, Yin & Vinyasa Style Yoga Classes.
Our experienced teachers are accredited by the top awarding schools for Yoga, having undergone the 200 hour Yoga teacher training qualifications as well as further mentorships.
Classes are designed to challenge the body but calm the mind. We are passionate about Yoga and adjust our classes to meet the needs of individuals, giving modifications & progressions throughout.
1:1 PERSONAL TRAINING
Working on a 1:1 basis gives our clients the ability to really focus on both their strengths & weaknesses as well as building their fitness towards events and challenges.
Sessions can be held at the studio or home visits.
Prices start from £50/hour.
BOOTCAMP & BOXFITNESS CLASSES
Running all year round in the great outdoors our HIIT style Bootcamp sessions take place at Pell Park, Clanfield.
These 45 minute sessions are designed to release the stress of your day and challenge your body with a higher impact class using Kettlebells, Power Bags, Batting Ropes, and body weight.
The sessions will always focus on form and precision to exercises rather than pushing beyond someones limit.
Our Boxfitness class is lead by an experienced ABA qualified instructor teaching non contact boxing delivered with gloves and pads. This is a high energy class designed to burn calories and tone and define your body. Online option available. No previous boxing experience needed.
All fitness levels welcome.
YOGA 1:1 LESSONS AND CORPORATE CLASSES
We understand that our clients often have demanding lifestyles and fitting into a fixed schedule is not always possible. At the studio we offer small group and 1:1 private classes run by our Yoga teachers in order to accommodate and support our clients.
These sessions are also wonderful for those individuals that are looking to begin Yoga but are daunted by the thought of starting in a class.
Each session is planned around the needs and desires of the client.
Prices for 1:1 sessions start from £45/hour.
Rebalance also provide onsite Yoga and Pilates classes in your workplace. We will create a class to suit the needs of your employees. We can provide 30 minute classes to accommodate lunch hours or 60-90 minutes should a longer class be required. Rebalance are proud to have teamed up with LTA Performance Coach James Vaughan and The Lone Barn, Catherington to provide exclusive tennis tuition for all ages and abilities in a stunning private location just a short distance from the studio.
James has over 20 years of experience and is an award wining LTA Performance Coach. He has been producing players in the London area throughout his career but his love for the sport comes from working with complete beginners and seeing their growth develop within the game.
It has always been a priority for the studio to work alongside other local businesses and we are delighted to have partnered with The Lone Barn to not only offer private tennis tuition but to also provide Fitness Retreats throughout the year.
The Lone Barn is set in the most idyllic, stunning location. For Rebalance to be able to provide this unique setting into our class programme is a privilege and we know our clients will truly love their experience.
