Our Classes

One of our most popular classes with different sessions each day tailored to different levels.

Adult lessons and Junior lessons can be booked as 1:1 or group sessions at The Lone Barn, Catherington.

Every Monday evening we meet at Peel Park in Clanfield for an hours intense bootcamp training.

A weekly class run by an ABA qualified instructor teaching non contact boxing delivered with gloves and pads.

9:15am - 10:15am Pilates (intermediate)
7:00pm - 7:45pm Bootcamp (all abilities)
7:45pm - 8:45pm Yin Yoga
THURSDAY
6:30pm - 7:30pm Pilates (intermediate)
TUESDAY
9:30am - 10:30am Pilates (intermediate plus)
6:30pm - 7:30pm Pilates (improvers)
7:40pm - 8:40pm Pilates (improvers)
Please note that during August only 1 class will run for Pilates improvers at 7pm.
FRIDAY
9:30am - 10:30am Pilates (intermediate plus)
12:30pm - 1:30pm Pilates/Yoga Fusion (suitable for beginners)
Please note that Pilates/Yoga Fusion stops during August and will resume again on September 9th.
WEDNESDAY
12:30pm - 1:30pm Revive Pilates (beginner)
6:00pm - 7:00pm Pilates (mixed ability, not beginner)
7:15pm - 8:15pm Yoga Flow
7:30pm - 8:15pm Boxing (all abilities)
Please note that Revive Pilates stops during August and will resume on September 7th.
SATURDAY
8:15am - 9:15am Yoga Flow
9:10am - 10:10 Pilates (mixed ability, not beginner)
